Where our products come from

In 2008, Sumud brand Palestinian olive oil is produced by villages in the Jenin district in the northern West Bank. When Israel began constructing its separation barrier in 2002, it began in the Jenin district. Since that time, residents have been cut off from basic social services, farmers have been separated from their land, and families have been separated from one another. Having lived in Jenin refugee camp and other areas of Jenin district from April to July 2002, we are especially pleased to bring Palestinian olive oil from this region.
